Room was really warm but had unpleasant smell. When i mentioned this to owner she made me feel very unwelcome. Not good gor $200 a night.

We are terribly sorry your stay with us was not to your satisfaction. However, your comments need a response. The check-in problem was caused by the Booking Agent not giving us your correct name. Whilst resolved by us, if you feel aggrieved, then we suggest you take this issue up with the agent. Regarding the room smell, as explained this was due to the strong sterilisation spray we use to safeguard and protect our guests and staff from COVID-19. We apologise that you found the residual odour offensive. However, in these difficult times, we are committed to ensuring we minimise the possibility of people contacting the virus during their stay with us. This is a practical approach to everyone’s health and safety.

Amazing place to stay. The service from the lady at the front desk was well above and beyond. Super polite and extemely helpful. The room was well presented and super clean. We couldnt have asked for anything better. We will definitely be staying again.
