Motel 6 - accommodation in Ontario

We stayed here while attending my daughter’s university graduation. We booked a family suite with two bedrooms. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and linens average. The pool and spa area was lovely along with a small gym. There is a bar, steak house and Starbucks counter for food and beverage options. The hotel is somewhat dated and needs a refresh, but acceptable for a two night stay. Staff were professional and parking easy.

If you need an inexpensive no frills place this one is ok. Inexpensive hotels are hard to find near LA. Perfect walking distance to convention center, breakfast restaurant and Starbucks. Pool and hot tub looked good/clean. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable but bring your own pillows. The place could use a facelift. Our room had a door separating the two beds but you couldn’t close it because the one bed blocked it. The room was what I would call “cleanish”, dirt on top of fridge and previous persons key cards, walls had dirt and bathroom was mostly clean. Lock on the door spun in circles but the door was locked when you left. No batteries in one of the remote for the two tvs.

Very disappointed, even for La Quinta this property was not well maintained. First of all both the pool and spa were closed, and that was the main reason why I got this hotel. After I complained the property removed the pool from their amenities list but I had already paid. Plus, I found out the pool has been closed for over a month. Also, the room was dirty and the elevator broke. Ridiculous, they should not charge full prices for a horrible less thab Motel 6 experience.
