The property was really diced. The bedrooms were really nice. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I could complain about is the bathtub. That's itThe bathtub needs to be really deep clean

Filthy in Ontario

The front desk clerk was very nice and check in went smoothly. We were given room 109. Upon entry we immediately noticed six or seven small roaches on the desk. Then we saw several more in the entry and bathroom. We went down stairs and the clerk got us a room on the a higher floor. The hallway carpet was disgusting. There were lumps of either melted chocolates or pet waste in the hallway. The floor of room 814 was so sticky your shoes stuck to it. On the carpeted areas there was debris like cookie crumbs everywhere. No roaches, so we made due. We were leaving at 4:15 a.m. anyway. I have never seen such a dirty hotel.

Overall I give this place a 9/10. Everything was great, only reason I give it a 9 is bc the couple that was in the room next to us was LITERALLY fussing & FIGHTING ALL NIGHT LONG! Bangin on the walls, throwing stuff at the way being SUPER LOUD ALL NIGHT! So we didn’t get much sleep AT ALL, I tell the office and was hoping they was going to be courteous and give us a free night or at least a discount or something but nah, nothing. Besides that everything was excellent.

I often leave before the breakfast foods are put out front so I've asked front desk staff for fruit from the kitchen. I've done this about 30 times during my visits without any issues. Until last Tuesday; the woman staffing the front desk said they had none because they ran out of fruit over the weekend. I said that I had fruit on Monday and asked that she check. She begrudgingly got up, went to the kitchen and brought back one apple. I also asked her to have housekeeping restock the shampoo two mornings in a row, but it was never done. I got a new bottle myself from the afternoon staff. Not sure I'm coming back she's in the wrong line of work in my opinion.

Because my partner had an accident on our trip, the checkin clerk was extremely helpful in getting us situated in a timely fashion and easy to navigate room. Great experience all around!

Pretty on the outside.

Check in and staff was nice. Initially the hotel seem nice. Unfortunately, the room was a whole different story. Walking to the elevator there were towels laying on the floor with orange something being soaked up. The towels were left there for people to walk over. Walking down the hallway to our room all the doors looked like they had been kicked at 1 time or another. Dents and cracked on almost all the room doors. The walls and doors were dirty. Entering the room it seemed ok. However, the window AC fan did not work properly. When we turned the cold to heat it smelled so bad from burning coils we put it back to cool. The light switch on the desk didn’t work. The toilet had a bad plumbing problem. Load banging sound from the toilet and inside the wall when flushed. Hard water stains on the floor behind the toilet. The shower head was leaking water in all direction when in use. Tub drain plug detached and sitting over the drain. When asked to switch room we were told hotel was full and we could request a room change the following morning. And again, couldn’t move. No maid service unless you let them the day before. Fortunately, the housekeeper was cleaning the room next door and we were able to give her our used towels and get fresh new ones. She was very kind and friendly. We will not be staying here again. Staff was very friendly. location was great but overall cleanliness and state of hotel itself, needs renovation. I give it a 3 star.
