The room was in okay conditions seemed clean and the beds were soft but the bathroom definitely needs upgrading. I think the bathrooms were clean mostly but had mold and there was a nasty clot of something on the bathroom door not sure was it was but it looked gross. Definitely a you get what you pay for hotel but seemed pretty ok overall the pool area was nice

At the beginning of November we stayed at Avanti and it was very filthy but this last stay we were very happy, the rooms were clean and towels as well

The elevator didn't work we got stuck on the elevator. It took about 5 to 8 minutes for the elevator to start back working and go back to the first floor to open the door so we could get out. The area on the outside of the resort in the back where the rooms are they just need to be renovated a little more clean the ice machine only works on the second floor the room was not up to part it was small no table to eat your food just a dresser and couldn't find the trash can that's supposed to be in the bathroom. For the price I paid I think it was not worth it I could have chosen another location that was worth the price that I paid keep in mind this is what's for my daughter 18th birthday.

Dirty and outdated I found a dirty clothes in the bathroom along with old soap. Been a week And still haven’t received my deposit. Then you have to pay for resort fees for a single pool area with sand. Not It!
