Let me start with the good the location is great close to everything I love that I could literally walk two mins and I was that the rasing canes however for the room the floor seem to be clean but it was very sticky also the bathroom was really dirty I was scared to take a shower I went to the receptionist where the manager was there and he did give me a different room it was ok but the bed was really itching my skin I don’t think they change the top cover of the bed after every person it a place to take a shower and leave it not the ideal place if your looking to be comfortable and atleast stay in for a day

Room was clean but dated Staff was friendly & professional Cafe closed early one night, needed some drinks Pool amenities are good, disappointed by not being able to get in the hot tub at night. It’s too small and other customers were overcrowding & wouldn’t get out. Maybe with all the space a second one can be built? Probably won’t stay again due to the hot tub issue.

Room was basic and comfortable, air conditioning worked great. Mini fridge and microwave and television were great to have. The bathroom had some cleanliness opportunities and the shower leaked all over the floor each time it was used. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent (some days bed was made, others not, sometimes new floor towel provided others not). Parking was easy and the location was central to our needs (conventions, dining, theme parks).

Totally unsafe surroundings, no security, drug use witnessed in common areas, same people hanging out near and in lobby, me and my girlfriend went out for dinner and drinks, while gone our room was entered, car key, debit card, credit card, and a few small things taken, the car key was used to access m vehicle where two pairs of Nike were stolen.

They need more staff. Never had an towels at pool side had to ask multiple times and still never received them. This happened multiple days. Bar staff said it wasn't their job to follow up on towels. Had to wait at the bar long periods of time to get served. Waited almost 30 minutes one day to get a cup of coffee from the bar and I note it was NOT busy. Only had one person in front of me.
