Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and a great size. We had a fireworks view room, which we could see both Epcot’s and Magic Kingdom’s fireworks from! The walk to Disney Springs was about 12 minutes, which was very manageable. The free breakfast and evening kickback meals were also really good—much better than I typically expect from complimentary hotel food.

Only complaint ,person working in market place was extremely rude Friday night when getting pizza,otherwise hotel was amazing and other staff was great.

Great breakfast selection. Wish they had breakfast bags for those that have to leave early. Rooms are very clean. It's great having a sink both in the bathroom and outside of the bathroom for multiple people getting ready at the same time. Second time staying at this location and will definately book again.
