The stay was great with 2 exceptions... No place to get a bloody Mary or glass of wine in a Saturday morning..... Also the staff did not know how to get to places on the property. If we didn't have our GPS on our phone we would have had difficulty. Your team needs to understand this

Easy walk to and from Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and bell services were great. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again

Very nice option

Very helpful staff. Beautiful location. Easy walk to so much, including Epcot, eating and all kinds of sites. Only cons would be the resort fee per day and the shuttle to the parks at night was very slow. I waited over 50 minutes and gave up on that evening.

The Dolphin is a great place for couples to stay. We were on the 11th floor and it was so quiet. We were upgraded to a king room near the elevator for our 7 night stay. The Friendship boats are an amazing addition to travel to the parks and we used the hotel buses to go to Disney Springs. Wonderful time with the huge pool area. We have stayed before and we will be back!

Service was amazing. Everybody we interacted with was so nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel offered free shuttle to the Disney parks which was great. We would have loved to see more eco-friendly / sustainable options incorporated in the hotel practices, as well as more organic and healthy options for the breakfast buffet.

I loved everything about the Dolphin. The only thing bad was checking in. There was a very long wait.

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient. However for how expensive it was, my stay was lacking. Parking was $54/ night which is outrageous given the price for a standard hotel room for 2 nights was $800. The pool was disgusting. There were bugs all around me and when we sat down on the ledge of the pool our swimsuits got dirty. The prices for simple items were also outrageous. A small single serve milk carton (like what schools serve) was $13. The food tasted rotten. I wish was exaggerating, but my pizza and burger we ordered during our stay both tasted out of date. The only thing that makes this hotel somewhat worth it is the proximity to the parks. It was very nice to either take a bus or walk to the parks everyday.
