Great place to stay if going to epcot or hollywood studios! The taxi boats were quick and enjoyable! Also love that the boardwalk is right there for something to do when you have extra time

We typically enjoy the dolphin with its proximity to Epcot & Hollywood studios. This stay however we had multiple issues trying to park in the self parking lot. We were told my multiple staff to try different lots/areas and ultimately told we had to go over to park in the swan parking lot. The parking and valet staff were unable to answer questions or provide any alternate accomodations. This occured on Thursday at our arrival and again no parking was available at Dolphin on Saturday when we returned from a park. We had to pay additional fees for parking and expected to be able to park at our hotel not the one next door. On top of the fees charged to us for parking at the dolphin (which was unavailable), we had to pay for parking to get out of the swan parking lots.

We have stayed at the Swan and dolphin several times and always have a remarkable experience. From check-in to check out the rooms are immaculate. The staff is friendly; great choices of restaurants!

We loved our stay at the Dolphin. We had a king room with no view and the room was massive. We enjoyed the proximity to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the convenience to the water taxi and the ability to book lightning lanes 7 days before our visits to the parks. The one con is that we felt the in room dining food could have been better for the price. Also, we prefer the setup of the food arriving on a table with cloche covered plates over to go boxes that made the food kind of damp on arrival, particularly breakfast.

Our Favorite Place

We stayed at the Dolphin Resort for a long weekend. We were able to check in early and our room was spacious and clean. We had a great view of the fireworks at Epcot at night from our room. Great location near Disney’s Boardwalk and the water taxi was convenient to get to the parks. This is our new favorite Disney stay.

The buses to get to the parks are inconvenient. They no longer leave you at the same area as the Disney buses .. they drop you off further away.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The valet staff lost the key to our car, the only reason we were even able to drive home was because I brought the spare with us. The worst part was that the manager of valet did not even come to apologize. The manager of the hotel said she could not donanything because it was the valer's problem. They had us write an incident report and they told us they would get back to us IF there was a resolution. We left with no apology, no key and no resolution. A complete waste of time and interruption of our vacation. My family and I will never be back here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved watching the fireworks from our room every night. There was plenty of fun things to do on property when we were not at the theme parks.
