My Only complaint is About the parking fee. It is expensive and on the side of the property, to far from the Lobby.Plus another $10 Dollars Daily if the customer wants Valet.

The worst hotel stay I've experienced ever. I don't know how this is a 4 star hotel. Stayed at this hotel from 1 AM to 9 AM. Chose a 4 star for the night because I wanted a clean room and bathroom. However, it felt like I was in a motel. The room was in a separate building they have which is completely different from the main building and located at 10 minutes walk from the parking lot with no staff to help transfer luggage. It felt like a scam because I paid the price of a 4 star resort but stayed in a motel-like room. The manager was able to waive the parking and resort fees but it was absolutely not worth the price I paid.

The room was a little out dated but was clean. The rest of the hotel was very clean and very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to Disney springs that has so many choices of restaurants.

The bed was soiled, the staff weren't friendly they requested a $150 per day deposit that I wasn't informed about. I still haven't gotten my deposit back. I'll never stay at Hilton again

Had a terrible stay. I wish I could upload the video I took of power drills going off in the room next to us at 9am. Noise started at 6 in the hall, it looked like they were changing out tvs in the room next to us and decided to do it in the morning for some strange reason. Got terrible sleep. Oh, also our tv was messed up (assuming related to the tv replacements) and had to get a repair man in and the shower soap was completely out. Good view of the fireworks at Epcot was the only saving grace.

We arrived 2 hours after the 4:00 pm check in and our room with fireworks view wasn’t ready. Put in standard room with $50 comp. Self parking was a nightmare. Everything was drab and threadbare (rug especially) and little spots of dirt in bathroom. This was, after fees, $450 for one night. Needs major refurbishing! Won’t stay again.
