I’ve stayed here a few times and always have a Good breakfast - chicken and alternative options from pork 😊 However this time my room was unacceptable there was no hand soap, shower gel or dish soap, no tea and the shower was “meh” This wasn’t the best experience

It was very nice and clean hotel with good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my room that had sink, fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, bottle opener. There is also a laundry in building. I didn’t need these amenities but it’s nice to know that they have them. It’s also walking distance to activities and restaurants. Excellent deal and location.

I'm not sure why there is a paid parking if next door has 2 floors free parking available. Also when I try to settle my account paying cash ahead of time I been told the settlement only happens during checkout and someone will be available 24*7 to help. But when I was checking out, Front desk told me that they don't accept cash So I'm confused here.

We were placed in a room next to the stairs and across from two barking dogs and were not accommodated. In addition, I called prior to book in and prior to our stay about the fireplace and was told it could be turned on anytime for guests and again was not accommodated. The water refreshments were empty and never replaced. We paid for valet and when we got back for the evening, were told to self park in valet which was blocked off. The evening reception was chatting with someone at the desk and was more eager to speak with the gentleman than guests. Very disappointing. Will not book again.
