We arrived at the hotel about 7 hours before check in, but the staff let us check in early and have some breakfast. They were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us vouchers for free drinks at the bar. The pool was huge and stocked with towels. The pool was full of debris from flowers and trees. I tried to clean some of it but the net for the pool was broken. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the Orlando Airport.

The hotel is showing its age and the parking lot was terrible with litter and beer bottles thrown around plus the 25$ a day parking is over priced And felt like you just want to take advantage of your guests Best part the breakfast the omelette guy is the best I miss when embassy suites had more of a garden inside with elaborate plantings in the middle area

Definitely nice exterior and interior common areas. Room 718 missing caulk in the bathroom and the tub drips. Bed is low to the ground and not as comfortable as other chains. I tried to check in online. Spent 20 minutes in the chat, transferred to the hotel chat and no one assisted me after waiting another 20 minutes. Arrived and I felt like I was treated substandard for not booking thru the hotel. It is ridiculous to pay for parking in a non secure surface lot. The breakfast was very good. I checked out and on my way to the dining area to tip the gentleman that made my omelette. Lady at check out yelling my name and telling me I can’t leave because I don’t show as paid. We were already running late. I had to pull and email my receipt from hotels.com. So many choices to stay in the area. Doubt we will be back.
