The property was nice and the pools were great, the food was mediocre at most for the price not worth it. Cheaper and better quality food options just minutes away. The Pointe charges $25 a person for Motel 8 style buffet… def overpriced. The bar & grill was ok. Nothing fancy for $15-$20 a plate. The coffee shop was great! Happy to have had that. The pools were really nice but the heated pool wasn’t heated. We had to ask someone to heat it. The teenage boys across the hall that chose to run up down the hall from 10:30pm- 1:30am each night was horrible! They would slam the door over and over around 50x each night and the doors are really loud. I jumped each time while trying to sleep. I had to open my door and ask them to stop 2x and then also had to contact the office 2x. We stayed 6 nights. 1st night, I only heard it for a little bit but was exhausted due to arriving there at 1am that I ignored it. 2nd night, had to ask them to stop. They did not, but tried to ignore. 3rd night, asked office to help, didn’t do much, 4th night, asked them to stop and called the office, 5th/6th night it was quieter. I think if the kids running the halls would have been dealt with better early on… I would have enjoyed the stay more.

The pool area for the kids is better than most any other hotel around unless you need a lazy river and water tube slides. It has a slide and waterfall feature, a second warmer pool for kids and two hot tubs to use. The food and drinks were quite expensive from a few years ago when we were there. We understand a $14 beer when we are at an amusement park, but not in a hotel when you can go buy a case for not much more.

Smells like old towels when I entered the room. It's old hotel and no safety in the bathroom. Bathtub is small and slippery. No non-slippery matt in the bathtub. I fell there and broken my ribs. They

Management is non existent. 2 kids where kicking everyone going down the slide and everytime something was said, management did nothing about it. It’s a shame my child can’t enjoy their time at the pool because the mother and manager can’t and or won’t do anything. The mother wasn’t even at the pool with her underaged children. Also I was out for my daily walk and I was chased by a man with a metal pole that came from the abandoned building next-door once again told management and they responded with we are going to call the cops we know they are over there and guess what they never did.

Be prepared for the not anywhere advertised fee of $25.00 a night fee to park your car and god for bid you have more than one . Location is convenient and close to Disney , rooms are spacious. This is an older property and unfortunately shows its age. Would I go back ? Yes Check in was efficient and friendly. They have a Starbucks in the lobby …. Huge win !
