The checkin / self new system was very annoying & quite unnecessary for pre paid accommodation, the rooms needed cleaning & had only been service cleaned & the bed mattress kept moving off the base . We have stayed at Naumi for years & it’s the worst stay! The staff who where on in the bar on tues 16th April where terrible & had to be approached in order to purchase a drink . Clearly something has changed with the management of the hotel . The only positive is the location on Cuba street. I don’t think we will return .

I paid $193 per night for a room with a noisy, malfunctioning shower and a bed that kept slipping off its base. Additionally, there were no wine glasses provided for us to enjoy the complimentary bottle. The walls were not soundproof; we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, people walking and talking in the hallway, and even the rubbish truck at 4 am.

This room was smaller than anticipated and not worth the price paid. It was not soundproof and the hallways felt dark and cramped. Would not recommend staying here during a big event, as we also could not park as advertised and this was not communicated at all until we couldnt get into the parking complex. Overall pretty disappointed ☹️
