I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I found the lighting in the rooms to be too dark and it would have been nice to have robes. Other than that, it is a nice property, professional but not overly warm staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. My first time in Ottawa and I found not only the area around this hotel but all of the downtown area to be dirty and feel unsafe.
