Excellent hôtel, très bien situé dans Ottawa. Le service était excellent et la chambre était propre & très belle. Contrairement aux autres commentaires que j'avais lu, nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit environnant. Je recommande tout a fait cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. Seul bémol, la piscine est petite où seulement 2 chaises longues sont disponibles, le sauna ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour et il n'y avait plus de peignoir disponible à la réception. Nous étions un peu déçus, car nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour cette commodité entre autre. En général, tout était super et le stationnement était très pratique malgré son prix.

The room was incredible, one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Staff was wonderful, parking was easy and reasonable. My only “negative” is the breakfast my eggs were grossly under cooked. I could not eat the yolks.

No on site parking available. Was not complicated until 530 day of check in. Barely any signage and no staff to direct traffic or help. It was chaotic. A fellow guest spend over an hour finding suitable parking. Absolutely unacceptable.
