It was just an overnight stay. The staff were excellent and the room was fantastic. it was clean and comfortable. I arrived late and was glad to see high quality snacks and juices available. The staff were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed.

I would presume we had no pets and children with us this time. But it was very welcoming to be able go into the hotel without going out of the terminal it’s so convenient for travelers who do not have to go out, that’s awesome thank you.

The Hotel was quite lovely very modern simplistic rooms. Excellent coffee lush towels, great walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. The only reason I have the amenities at a lower rating was because the bar and restaurant were not yet open. This is a brand new hotel and still under final construction. I would have appreciated an email advising this as I would have made different arrangements for drop off time. I would have chosen to arrive later in the evening rather than check in time. We live in Ottawa and were taking an early morning flight. That said, the staff was wonderful very friendly apologetic, the room was spotless and I will stay there in the future. The enclosed walk from the hotel directly into the terminal was so convenient. I look forward to dining at the Italian restaurant next time.
