Everything was above and beyond.Yes very clean. Staff all very kind and helpful. Amenities were more than I imagined. Even had a welcome drink and snacks that were more than a snack. I accidentally hit the right day to stay. I am very impressed.

Your staff is unprofessional. I asked for a formal receipt many times, but he ignored me. I still haven't received my receipt. This behavior is suspected of violating consumer law and has certainly ruined my stay. I will reserve the right to take further action if they don't give me a receipt as soon as possible. I will not recommend to anyone else who needs to stay in this hotel.
