Superior rooms are just rooms. Not kid or luggage friendly. Shower had very low water pressure. Tv resolution was bad. Casting from the phone is ok but you need to sign in with passwords so please sign out when leaving. On the booking it should say no lifts available if booking the superior family rooms.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable Room. Some of the Interior appeared a bit tired. Buffet breakfast was delicious - although some of the hot food was only warm on the day we dined. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
