It was very restrictive on where one could smoke. I had to argue with staff on two occasions about the breakfast being included in my room rate, and I was there for 2 nights. The price of food and beverages were on parr with Melbourne prices, so it would seem some price gouging was occurring.

This place truly cannot be faulted. Everything was perfect from the food, to the rooms to the pool to the staff. Loved it, will def be back.

The staff went above and beyond accomodating for my Gluten Free requirements. Is was a relief as a Celiac to have peace of mind....this really made my stay perfect Thankyou.

Rooms were a fantastic size, and staff kindly moved our originally allocated room so we could have inter connecting rooms to make it easier with our two kids under 3 years old. Room service was also very quick, and a great buffet breakfast each day.

Loved everything about the Radisson ! Rooms are huge, fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is huge and there’s plenty of room to have your own space. Staff are excellent. The road to the entry is quite long so highly recommend to hire a scooter from reception for quick and easy access! Scooter hire was only $10 Aus a day. Happy hour from 5pm-7 at the pool bar - and the in house Italian restaurant is delicious!! There are great cafes all along the main road. We recommend Manna and Single Fin!! There are no taxi’s in Uluwatu so best way to get around is scooter!

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
