Pretty happy with the stay. Staff friendly, cheerful and helpful. Your breakfast rocks! Keep up the good work. Rooms, specially the ocean view ones need noise fix. You may want to replace the current glass door set up with something of better quality.

My first time in Thailand. The room itself was nice. On the negative side, it overlook a mosque. Every 2 hours starting at 5:00am, loud singing was broadcast. As a first time visiting in Thailand, this was not nice. Also the room was all the way to the back with no nice views. First impression are important. This was negative for me.

Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again.

The customer service is genuinely warm and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel with a charming swimming pool and all the comforts you'd want. The staff are always ready to assist with any issues you might have. The restaurant area offers fantastic meals that you're sure to enjoy.

The hotel was very clean and very accommodating. From the minimum we checked in, the staff were extremely nice and smiling the entire time and they even checked this in prior to 3 PM. The amenities in the hotel are great, the big pool with the walk-in bar and the big kitchen that offered tasty food.

We stayed in king room walk in pool side. The swim up bar was close and the dineing area just around the corner. The staff was exceptionaly friendly and helpful. The property is centraly located just across the street from Patong beach and night market. I would stay here when we and if we come back to Thailand.
