Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is new and in good condition. It was very busy with the lobby constantly full of people coming and going so perhaps not the most relaxing stay but nice hotel and location

Great Hotel, Perfect Staff

This is our 10th time at Four Points hotel. The hotel is great! First of all the staff, extraordinary hospitality and kindness. The service is the best. Other than that, perfect location, great food and very clean. Highly recommended:)

It’s our second time staying at Four Point. We just find the hotel is nice. Clean . Location at a quieter end of Patong, yet near the beach and shopping. All plus for our needs.

The hotel started works in lobby from the day we arrived and went on all the time. Noisy and in convenient to say the least. Using side entrances was not great.

On our first night, an in-house guest from another level, who appeared to be intoxicated, knocked on our door and rang the doorbell three times late at night. This was particularly inconvenient as my partner was unwell. When we informed the staff the next morning, Guy and Hannah went above and beyond to address the situation. While the incident was unfortunate, we truly appreciate their efforts in acknowledging and rectifying it.
