The staff was excellent!! Very helpful! The hotel itself could use some updating. No dressers to put your clothes in, so we worked out of our luggage bags. We didnt make use of the pool or gyms. The beds were very comfortable!!! Also the AC was great both very important for us. For the price it was a good value. Good location.

Room was perfect only thing is maybe they need a shower cubical otherwise water goes everywhere when showering. Location is central a 5-10min walk to the beach and 15mins walk to Bangla road. This was a great stay & I would recommend to others. We were welcomed with delicious mango juice during check-in and that just set the tone for the rest of our stay. Friendly and super helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Every need and concern was addressed and fixed. The location was also close to everything. About a 8 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to Bangla and the mall. I will definitely stay again when I return.
