Some of the staff was amazing, but most of them want to sell you on their timeshare the hotel offers (they don’t consider it a time share but it is). They are very pushy on it and feels like a scam. To get around the hotel you have to wait for a golf kart which will sometime take up to 15 minutes. Or you can just walk to your room which is not convenient at all. Was the biggest inconvenience. The food made me have the runs 4 days into the trip, the cups were always dirty. The biggest issue we had were BED BUGS. We let the manager know on the second to last night and they didn’t have a room they could swap us to so they offered to fumigate the room which I felt super uncomfortable after since it’s chemicals. This place was the worst trip I’ve gone to vacation at Forsure.

We stayed for a week and while we loved the buffet breakfast variety and the pool activities every day, we felt as though we were constantly being hounded by sales staff to buy something on property either a time share, excursions, massages, or sunglasses- we could never fully relax without being asked to buy something either on the beach or at the pool. If you want a to hang out by the beach you have to claim your lounger at 6am as there are nowhere near enough for the amount of guests on the resort. It took three days for maintenance to fix our broken shower which only produced cold water, and halfway through the stay housekeeping staff just stopped restocking the mini bar. We loved how the variety of things there were to do on resort and the daily activity calendar within the app. The gym is incredible and the spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and kind and truly love the work they do which helps the experience.

This is best resort for a relaxing and quiet vacation. The staff is courteous and professional, the grounds are manicured and expansive. The many restaurants are varied and the food is top notch. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Some of the staff were very rude and the others were very kind so its hard to do ratings. My rating is based off of those rude staff and feel bad for the rest of them. Food quality in the open buffets were just fine, in the other restaurants were just terrible and mundane. Area is huge so you need transport shuttles. They're supposed to be there every 5 to 10 minutes which us very long already, and they take even longer to pick you up most of the time. Don't pick this resort if you don't want your vacation to get ruined.

From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. At check-in, Agni at the front desk was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. He offered us an upgrade to a beachfront view, which we gladly accepted — and just as he described it, the room was “perfecto”! Spotlessly clean with a stunning view — it truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. The beaches and pools were beautifully maintained, and the entire staff was attentive and friendly. There was always something going on with entertainment and activities available throughout the day, which kept things fun and engaging. Now, let’s talk about the food — having stayed at several other all-inclusive resorts, we can confidently say this one stands out. The restaurants were top-notch, with great variety and high-quality meals every time. Service was prompt, professional, and always with a smile. They really go above and beyond here. Overall, we give this resort a solid 10. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run, and truly enjoyable vacation. Hats off to the management and entire team — you’re doing an amazing job!
