Nice resort but rooms need updating.

This is a beautiful property. Lots of restaurant options and amazing pool and lounge areas with golf course on property. The sleeping rooms need updating on everything. The cleaning service was great. Very safe location as it is secluded. Rooms don't appear to be guaranteed. I asked for a King and was told I would receive a king bed but was given 2 doubles for my husband and I. Be aware of the large deposit when you check in. I was not told in advance. Practice your Spanish as it was difficult with communication at times.

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto muito confortável e funcional, funcionários atenciosos, restaurantes com ótimas comidas e excelente clima local. Adoramos o quarto com cozinha e sala de estar. Foi muito funcional e confortável. As piscinas são fantásticas e a praia muito agradável, para adultos e crianças. Os campos de GOLF são excelentes. Curtimos muito! O Hotel fica a 40 km de Cancun e 20 km de Playa del Carmen, perto ao Cirque du Soleil – Joya. O proprietario Sr. Barcik foi muito atencioso e honesto. Ele fez a reserva junto ao sistema da Vidanta e nós pagamos via Paypal. Tivemos o translado do aeroporto ate o Resort agendado gratis pelo proprietário direto com o Vidanta. Recomendamos!
