The rooftop pool was fantastic! The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and the cocktails were delicious! We recommend the guacamole too! The location is perfect if you’d like to walk to the beach, 5th avenue and other attractions.

Room was dirty, no refrigerator but had a huge bar area, had mold, hot water didn’t work, room smelt of bleach, we had kids with us and the shower was in the middle of the room and was all glass. I asked to be moved to another room and they were rude and said only for an extra charge.

Room was not what it used to be! Smelled like it went through a hurricane and never repaired. No smoke detectors, holes around air conditioning and the bathroom shower head. No waitresses at the pool. Ripped up large layout beds. One single lay down chair (unlike photos) no cushions on backs of chairs. People were bringing their room throw pillows to the pool? Towels are crusty supposed to be white but gray now and they have the logo of another property. Time for a remodel! Must be new management because we loved the customer service and came 2x a year. We left early and to be fair got the prorated days refunded. Photos on website are from long ago.

Rooftop was nice. Two pools up there . The family room is really weird though . The only bathroom and the master bedroom are in the same room so anyone showering, using the sink or using the toilet will disturb whoever is in the bed that is literally right beside that. The shower and the bed are only separated by clear floor to ceiling glass. The kitchen and other two beds are in the other room. So that room is set up super weird. Staff seemed a bit disorganized but were friendly enough. It was also loud at night until 3 am because of a club nearby . We all slept with noise cancelling earbuds or didn’t sleep until 3 am when the music stopped . We spent 3 nights here and all were the same.

This place has seen better days. Perhaps this was a nice hotel 10 years ago but now it is so run down. The room was clean but felt so warned down. The bathroom smelled like rancid cheese, the bed linnen had stains on them. The white sofa in the livingroom area had lots of stains. The safety box was not secured. In two weeks they never sweept our balcony that was full of sand. The sink in the bathroom was not attached and could be moved and leaked water. The pool area, OMG, there was no sunbeds accept one and that was broken, the sofa pillows and the big cusion by the pool where torn and smelled like mold. The overall inpression of the hotel is terrible and the picture on the website don’t even conforms to reality. DON”T STAY HERE!!!

Great location have stayed here before. The staff is great and it’s nice to have a roof top pool and bar service. Always a predictable and affordable option. Will definitely stay again can’t beat the location.

Pros: Excellent location to town and beach. Room was spacious and clean. Full kitchen with all you need to cook meals. Cons: our 10% off food was not honored, nor were our 2 free drinks that were included in our package. Some of the food at Breakfast were ice cold upon arrival. No lounge chairs at the pool..only 3 beds in the pool. Front desk did not communicate anything about the hotel, where to find things, amenities…had to ask for hairdryer and found out you need to put a deposit down. Not a big deal but could have been told up front instead of going back and forth from room to front desk.
