Allawah is designed as a private tropical sanctuary, with a pavilion-style layout that allows for both connection and privacy. The home is spread across multiple zones, linked by covered walkways and surrounded by lush gardens and tranquil water features.



At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, fully equipped and ideal for entertaining or relaxed family meals. Large sliding doors open out to the outdoor entertaining spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow that captures the essence of tropical living.



The property features five generous king bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite and sitting area, making it perfect for groups or extended families travelling together. Each suite offers a quiet retreat, separated from the main living areas for added comfort and privacy.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy the expansive swimming pool and sun deck, set amongst tropical gardens, as well as a full-size private tennis court with a spectator pavilion — a rare and standout feature in Port Douglas.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including all living areas, bedrooms, private swimming pool, and full-size tennis court.



Allawah is located within a secure, gated estate. Access details, including entry instructions and codes, will be provided prior to arrival. I will also meet you at the property on arrival where possible to welcome you and show you through.



Please note the garage may not be available for guest use, however there is parking for 1 vehicle on the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Beachfront Mirage is Port Douglas’ most exclusive gated estate, set amongst towering palms and tropical gardens just steps from Four Mile Beach. Quiet and private yet only minutes from the village, it’s the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience for a luxury getaway.



Getting Around:

Port Douglas is a scenic one-hour drive north of Cairns along the breathtaking Captain Cook Highway. Guests can hire a car, book a private transfer, or take a shuttle service directly from Cairns Airport to Beachfront Mirage.



Once here, getting around is easy. The village centre is a 10–15 minute stroll or a few minutes by bike, scooter or car. Taxis and rideshares are readily available, and most tour operators provide door-to-door pick-up. Four Mile Beach, the marina, and golf course are all just moments away.



Other Things to Note:

Tennis racquets and balls are provided for your exclusive use.



Please note, no tennis to be played after sunset.



Golf access and play is to be arranged via the Mirage Country Club.



A strict NO party policy at Allawah is enforced by resort security.
