Comfortable property with one of the smartest design elements I’ve seen in a bathroom - a hole in the glass door to turn on the water. This way to don’t have to go around the door and have the cold water hit you in the head. Staff helpful. Valet parking exceptionally expensive. Good a/c, weak water pressure, comfortable beds. Great location. Friendly staff, I will say some of their valet people are rude, some smoke so you get your car back smelling like cigarettes and I’m sorry if I’m paying and tipping you there is no reason to be rude. They do charge a $75 per night “damage fee” that you get back but the website also didn’t tell you that. There’s not a lot of room for your belongings because of all the snacks and drinks they try to get you to buy but the room was great, the view was great. Would return back just because of the location itself.

Portland Gem

Light sleepers should ask for a room away from the trolley tracks. We loved everything about this hotel, except the noise of the trolley at night and early morning. Staff was universally excellent, friendly, welcoming. Super comfortable beds.
