Front desk staff was great. They were welcoming and attentive. Loved the decor at the Hotel Eastlund, BW Premier Collection. The hotel has a contemporary/modern vibe but not too over the top. There is a nice restaurant on an upper floor. Room was clean, very nice, well-appointed and even offered snacks, non-alcohol as well as alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Portland, Oregon.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were rock hard, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the noise from the adjacent bus/metro is beyond reasonable. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and our car smelled of cigarette smoke after the valet took it. Never staying with this company again. They offered no support or sympathy for the lack of accommodations.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. The valet and front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that my VIP Access credit for parking was not applied by Expedia.
