Was woken up by staff at 3 am because they had a door dash delivery and didn't know who it was for (it wasn't ours). I guess they were just calling all the rooms in middle of the night to see who it was for. We complained about it and they offered to comp the $50 parking fee, then ended up charging us for it after we checked out. It's a nice place, but unprofessionally operated.

This hotel is conveniently located near a few coffee shops, making it a great choice for coffee lovers. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The only downside is that parking is an additional charge unless you’re lucky enough to find free street parking

Courteous staff. Very clean room, comfortable bed, heat in the room was super responsive. Amenities were a bit sparse — like no water glasses was a little odd and just one very small bar of hand soap that was barely enough to last the two days we stayed there. Location was great — good dining right around the corner and attached to a Starbucks. Definitely would stay again.
