Not a single negative thing to say about my stay!

Every single worker we spoke with or encountered was incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. I've never had such consistently wonderful service from hotel staff. Breakfast was amazing. Both in the amount of options and in how quickly everything would be restocked once it ran out. I've never seen anything like it! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. If fit all the boxes I needed. Can't recommend this place enough

We found the rooms very clean and comfortable. We liked the suite with its separate lounge and kitchen, the kitchen was well kitted out which we found very useful. Staff were excellent all round, special mention to the people handling the breakfast rush and keeping things flowing. Liked the fact we could log into our own Netflix and Amazon accounts on the TV. Two minor negatives, valet parking not worth the price (daily parking is expensive for what it is), use Spot Hero for a fraction of the price, and the room didn't have a safe in it which it really should. But that is nitpicking, the breakfasts were excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay there again when in Portland.

Great hotel and wonderful staff! The area is slowly improving. The nearby vacant buildings are being renovated and new shops & restaurants are opening up. But there are still unhoused people living in doorways of older vacant buildings & in tents on the sidewalks nearby. I don't feel safe walking down certain streets around this hotel.

Took hours to receive towels and pillows . I had to call multiple times and go downstairs just to receive the stuff i needed . They light went out in the Bathroom and nobody came upstairs to fix the problem.

The hotel and rooms were excellent. Room and bathroom super spacious. Breakfast was delicious and lots of both hot and cold choices. Also very nice and helpful staff. If ever in the area will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Excellent accomodations

The room was great and they were able to put my friend and I next door to each other which was very convenient. There workout room was very good. And you couldn’t beat the location!

Super family friendly in the Pearl District

Pearl District was a great choice. Close to downtown without dealing with downtown challenges. Hotel staff are super. Wanda took great care of us at breakfast.

After a long flight we arrived around midnight to check in at our favorite hotel but were informed that due to a maintenance issue, our room was unavailable. We weren't given any notice/heads up and needless to say it was really devastating news. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but it was extremely disappointing to be informed in this way.
