Due to the celebration of Dia De Los Muertos the streets were closed/ blocked and access to the hotel and valet was impossible! The traffic was a nightmare! We drove around 3 times, before I ended up walking to ask a police officer, what we could do about our car and get to the hotel. We ended up walking about a block to the hotel and the valet came to pick up our car. I feel that anyone that has a car or is going to use the parking should be notified in advance of the inconvenience during the holidays and you still get charged daily. The middle age man in the lobby during the DAY HAD NO PERSONALITY. The hotel location is perfect for anyone without a car.

Not worth the stay

The place has no parking & there will be additional fee for it. $120 mx pesos. The rooms are small. Beds with concrete base. No ice on premises. No a/c. Towels and sheets are tearing apart. Good deal on hotels.com but you cannot upgrade snd and if you want to extend your stay you will have to check out ( leave the room with all your belongings) and wait for another room to be assigned. Good things: good location, luggage storage free of charge, elevator and bell service are nice.

Very bad and unprofessional staff. They told us that our Expedia booking was only for one room (it was for two rooms and paid). They even asked us to contact Expedia to figure out instead of checking themselves. Why should we call Expedia when we already paid and Expedia showing confirmation on their website? (this confirmation comes after hotel confirms to Expedia). Really not worth your time and energy. They were blunt and disrespectful and rude. After 30 minutes of searching and we not giving up, they found the booking but never apologized that they were at mistake. Really unprofessional behavior.

Two nights there was no hot water. The rooms without view are very small and have no ventilation. The housekeeping staff were very friendly, but not the front desk staff.
