A Happy Place

Overall, the property has a fun vibe & the staff is great. The only real complaint I have is that I definitely felt rushed to eat & go at both dinner restaurants - I think because I was a solo diner, I wasn't given the same quality of service that couples or a larger group would have received. The pools are nice, but tiles are falling off everywhere so it feels dated even though it's not. The staff is attentive & happy to keep the delicious cocktails flowing - my stay here was at the end of a longer trip & it was a great choice before heading home to reality!

We just returned from a 5 night stay at Margaritaville adults only. Our group was a party of 10. Overall we loved the resort. Very clean and we all loved our rooms. Our only problem was getting reservations for dinner together. We either had to eat at 5 or at 9 pm. 5 was way too early and 9 was way too late. I also didn't love that both reservation required restaurants were closed on the same night.(Our last night). What we did absolutely love were the people who worked there. Pepe in the smaller pool bar was THE BEST and Gambino in the restaurant was right on top of service every day! We will definitely stay at a Margaritaville again and wouldn't hesitate coming back to this one in Puerto Morales!

Its a good mid range resort. The staff it amazing and really care about you're time there. The food was good but the portions were small. The only thing that annoyed me was they're "prestige travelers" program. I told them i wasnt interested multiple times and they still tried to sell my husband and I on listening to the pitch(scam).

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Jorge, Armando, and Ivan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. I recently stayed at Margaritaville Resort All-Inclusive in Cancún, and while the property itself is lovely and peaceful, my experience was a mix of great hospitality and frustrating mismanagement. The Good:The resort grounds were clean and well-kept, and the staff inside the hotel were kind, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. The restaurants offered good food and pleasant service, and overall the atmosphere was relaxing. The Not-So-Good:Unfortunately, the excursions arranged through the resort’s third-party vendor (Dream Team or DreamWorks) were a major disappointment. I paid for a package including dolphin swimming, parasailing, and a meal, but once we arrived, there were repeated miscommunications about what was included. Because of the confusion, I missed my original parasailing time and had to be rescheduled. One staff called me "that fat black woman" to his coworker but refuse to talk to me. After completing the activities, I was told I couldn’t have the meal I’d already paid for. Despite showing proof of purchase, I was refused service and even made to feel embarrassed in front of others. The waitress involved called over security, and even though both my friend and I paid (my friend even paid extra for her meal), we were still denied. That whole interaction felt unprofessional and belittling. Other Observations:The pool area was sometimes unclean and had a noticeable odor, even early in the morning after cleaning crews had come through

Very Home warming . Excellent services and staff very friendly and compassionate about their jobs. BANDS FURIBG THE WEEK WERE GREAT MUSIC FOR ALL ethnic groups. Friendly people staying at resort made lots of new friends. Pool and grounds are very clean and kept up daily. Food is good and drinks choice are good . Fun activities you can join daily in or out of the pool . ONLY DISLIKE IS THAT THERE IS NO ON SITE BEACH AT THIS RESORY ANYMORE GOT WASHED OUT BY THE STORMS . SO THERE NO OPEN WHITE SAND BEACH BUT EVERYTHING STILL OCEAN VIEW AND VERY BEAUTIFUL RESORT.

The place and the staffs were great. But dealing with Expedia is the worse. Expedia is deceiving and arrogant. I will never, ever deal with Expedia anymore.

The Rooms, hotel, food, and staff were fantastic. 10 out of 10. My only complaint would beThe ocean near the hotel had bad smelling algae this time of year, (September) so wasn’t ideal. But the pool was fantastic.

excellent staff. clean room. delicious food and drinks. would come again. only thing is that the bars closed too early. it could be off peak season so hours are different. the buffet isnt open all day like other resorts. the best part was that they had their own brewery onsite!

The staff the bartenders at the pool area, were the best. The food was excellent. The only bad thing is that we don’t see the beach blue anymore. That was the downfall but everything else was perfect😍

views were great, rooms were clean and fairly well maintained. Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Food was hit or miss. The Boathouse and Frank&Lolas were great. Landshark and the steakhouse left much to be desired.
