Clean room. But no tissue in the room! No separate elevator for workers! The number of workers around the swimming pool was very low! No chips and guacamole in snack bars! Are you kidding me?! No body shampoo in the bathroom! Wasted 90 minutes in the 2nd day in the line to book dinner restaurants. Only one receptionist that took 15 minutes per guest to do the reservation!

I loved this place! It was so relaxing, so clean and the staff was amazing! The buffet food was great, and there was always plenty to choose from. I gave a four star review only because there were two things that I didn’t like. The water in the shower didn’t get hot in our room, it was cold. The other thing was the restaurants, it never would let me book a reservation.. I had to go to the lobby each time so the staff could do it for me. Besides that it was great. I would highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views onto the beach and ocean. Since we booked with Expedia, we were given the VIP treatment which was a surprise. A special checkin desk, Conierge service, and an incredible upgrade in our room! The staff was friendly, and constantly cleaning around the property. The food was plentiful, both in variety and quantity. Would look forward to staying here again.

We were impressed with this resort. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was large and very fun for adults and kids. It was nice to have a separate adult pool with the swim up bar, and incredible ocean view as well. Our room was very clean, housekeeping does a wonderful job. AC works great. We had an incredible ocean view, and the view from the pathway to our room was also lovely. Food was good, resort was clean. I would highly recommend this budget friendly resort.

We got upgraded to a beach view, it was somewhat obstructed by trees and such but it was a nice upgrade from a tropical view. Room was large, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, living area, king bed and large bedroom with 2 balconies. It was a bit outdated and some areas of the room needed some work but it was spacious and just what we needed for our stay. Staff were welcoming and kind, the buffet was great. I wanted to give a big shout out to Damian for being a great member on the entertainment team!! He’s amazing!!

The exterior parts of the hotel are nice and relatively modern. The rooms need upgrades. The bathroom sink didn’t have a sink stopper and the toilet barely flushed. I went without conditioner for 3 days. One of the two beds was broken because everytime I got on it to sleep it made a loud noise. However, the bed itself was comfortable. The bed lacked blankets and it got cold. The restaurants with exception of buffet you must have reservations and make them early. The buffet food was good and we enjoyed it. Staff was pretty friendly and worked hard to keep the place clean and attend to guest. The beach front was the best part. Check in and check out was seamless. I liked they didn’t pressure you into buying anything. I’d stay here again but will experience other hotels before I considered staying here. My 12 year old daughter had no complaints. She loved it all.

Thanks to Fernanda and Josefina our stay was as we are use to “Great”. The only thing I did miss was to have mescal in my drinks that your bar tenders prepared so delicious.

The resort was wonderful, and the Expedia team were excellent to deal with. They provided us with a complimentary upgrade which gave us a wonderful view of the resort and ocean from our king sized room. We were able to book meals at the restaurants on very short notice. Breakfast in their hospitality area was delightful, as we aren’t into crowds first thing in the morning. The resort always had lots of things going on that we could participate in Foam party, lighting of the Christmas tree, mariachi band, neon dance party, outdoor movie, bike trip, aqua size and so much more. Staff were so accommodating and we felt that they were always happy to see us. An extra kudos to Diego, Adrian and Luis! Gracias!

Rooms are clean, food is great, customer service excellent. People are amazing. They are friendly and polite. The only think I would say is internet connection. I was unable to connect to internet in my room. Other than that excellent!
