Staff was nice and friendly but the food wasnt great. The lady who made the fresh breakfast tortillas with the press was very kind and those were the best food at the whole resort. I believe the breakfast was a lot left over from the dinner service.

The property was a decent 4 star. It does require some minor repairs but was very enjoyable. At times they had a hard time keeping up with food at breakfast buffet and was always the same. Beach and pool was great. Always could find shade when needed. Not a big selection of restaurants but they were good. Not the easiest to get into. Drink service by pools and beach was awesome and always friendly. Entertainment at pool was good. Entertainment at night, not so much. The fire shows were good. Wifi/ cell service was the worst. Shirt walk to Bucerias. Would look at staying there again.

This resort was beautiful with a large family pool, an adult only infinity pool with swim up bar and many umbrellas and loungers at the beachfront. The food in the buffet had lots of choices and was very good. We also enjoyed The Grill restaurant on two nights- one was Italian and the other was featuring steak kabobs. The grounds have lots of beautiful vegetation and there are lots of palm trees around the adult pool. Our room had a king bed with a large balcony that looked at the family pool and out towards the palms at the other pool. Some maintenance is needed on the room as towel bars, sink faucet and shower door all needed repair in the bathroom.

The property is located in a great area, the beach is perfect the views are spectacular! It’s very kid family friendly. They do have an adult only pool and bar area so that’s good. Only issue is the rooms are outdated and need a little extra love, the WiFi is needs to be better. The drinks taste watered down and the food at the pool area can be better. But the staff and everyone there is so kind !

Our room was a little run down but the worst thing was the beds and pillows. We he food at the buffet was really really good. Got to eat at all the restaurants with with a little help from the altitude club for booking. Beach was incredible. Now seaweed like there is in Cancun. Could walk down in either direction. Pool was nice. It’s too bad the second pool is adult only. I feel like adults who cannot be around kids should go to an adult only resort. Coffee shop had long lines and the ice cream machine was only on from 2-3 each day.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway I would recommend finding an adult-only resort. The adult only infinity pool was really nice, but even that got quite noisy as the day progressed. Also, too many people saving pool loungers with towels and then not showing up to them or only using them for a very short time. Generally a nice resort for some family fun.

Great food! Great pools! Great views! Nice beach but sometimes smelled like sewage. Entertainment staff were great. Restaurant staff just ok. Bell staff great! Almost nothing to do at night. Room had huge patch of mold on the wall and the ceiling leaked the first night but was fixed right away. Lotion dispenser made a mess every day because it leaked. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Rain shower broken. Comfortable bed and A/C worked well. TV didn’t work well. Had to be changed in family members room. People falling in a lot of places because it was ridiculously slippery. Pretty much no signage anywhere telling you where things were. Some great things but also some things that could be better.

Nice property with great staff. Food was good with the exception of the Mexican restaurant it was definitely below expectations. Rooms were clean, in need of a few repairs but overall very good. A scramble to get chairs in the morning.

The event staff Carla and Edgar did excellent providing fun and funny entertainment. The evening shows were very typical of all Mexican resorts. Only difficulty was booking al la carts. Close to Bucerías. Food is excellent. Find Manuel for all your drink needs by the pool. Excellent service

My family and I had a great time at this resort. It's very beautiful, right on the ocean and just a 30 minute walk to Bucerias. I have to call out Brandia (concierge). You went above and beyond for my family and I and we are so grateful to for that. You were so kind and sweet. You made our stay even more special and we cannot thank you enough🙂 Food: Snack shack was nothing to write home about, it was a snack shack. Buffet was a hit and miss: Breakfast was good, lunch was good and we never had dinner there. The Grill/Italian: was delicious and Oscar and Hector are amazing! We never ate at Ayami or the Mexican restaurant. Reservations were available, but we did end up eating a couple of nights at 8:30/9. Pools: *The large one in the middle is for everyone. *There's a smaller one that is for Alltitude members only. *There is an infinity and rooftop pool that is adults only. You have to get up around 7/7:30 to reserve chairs (crappy, but everyone does it and there are some people that reserved both at the pool and the beach area...greedy). We never had a problem getting chairs (3 of us) and there is someone that comes around to take pictures then comes back and takes yoyr stuff away, if you are past 45 minutes. Although this did help free up some spots, it still gets filled up pretty quick and pretty early. Michel at the pool was always smiling and came quickly with drinks. The grounds are very nice, but could have been cleaned better throughout the day.

We stayed 7 nights in March at Nuevo Krystal Grand. Staff were friendly and worked very hard at keeping the grounds and pool clean. Shout out to Guadeloupe for scrubbing those floors and keeping them shiny. Only one problem with house keeping as she took our room key that we left in for the air conditioning and lights while we were gone. The hotel has very nice food options. They serve snacks by the pools of hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, fries and fish. They have a wonderful little coffee shop near the pool area with sandwiches and baked items. There is also a coffee shop just down the stairs by the entry of the resort and a OXXO to buy snacks and drinks. The buffet was fine and had something for everyone with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were allowed to make 2 reservations at the restaurants, so we chose The Grill, it was very good. We booked upon check in, but heard a lot of complaints about booking with the app. The rooms were nice with just a few minor issues, the toilet seats were the wrong size for the toilet and sounded like they were going to break when sat on, the soap and lotion dispenser leaked and there was never any hot water in the shower. Upon arrival a maintenace man showed up at our door and said our tv wasn’t working, he got it going, but it didn’t last very long as the internet connection was very spotty or non existent. Overall, nice property. About 20 min. From PV and a 30-40 min. walk to Bucerías using the path. Just need work on their wifi
