Well Appointed and Large Suite

We enjoyed 9 fabulous days at this property with beautiful sunsets and a nice neighbourhood close to dining options.

Bring binoculars

You might see whales from the balcony as you drink your first cup of coffee.. we did not bring binoculars.. the warm pool was wonderful.. the ground beautiful.

Maintenance needed in condo

The condo is in need of maintenance. Cupboard doors falling off, ripped screens, plugged shower drain, loose kitchen sink taps to name a few. The communication with the property manager was never prompt and questions had to be asked multiple times before getting a response. The tennis courts had to be booked to use and only condo owners had access to the app to book. The condo has the potential to be very nice but needs more care and attention. Being a host myself of a rental property I have expectations when booking and paying top dollar for my stay. I was a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness and state of the condo for the price we paid.

Great location beautiful property

Our first time visiting Vallarta and glad we chose this condo, beachfront location in the Marina District, close to everything, easy walk or drive to restaurants, shops, supermarket and other attractions, only 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 to the boardwalk, romantic zone and downtown, Uber and plenty of cabs available for very reasonable rates. This place was perfect, very clean and fully equipped, food /drink service available from the on-site restaurant, beautiful ocean views, direct access to a sandy clean beach. There are similar units at higher prices. Highly recommended.

Great vacation

The condo was just as shown in the pictures and very clean, the location is perfect walking distance or easy rides to restaurants and shops, downtown and the boardwalk, direct access to the beach from the pool was wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped and food service from the on-site restaurant very convenient. First time in Puerto Vallarta, we had a great experience, looking forward to returning in the future!

We loved the place!!!

Can say enough about this beautiful condo. It was fully equipped and was super clean. We literally had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The views were spectacular and we could easily walk directly from the HUGE swimming pool to the beach. Our favorite part was the breathtaking view of the ocean. We absolutely fell in love with this place and can’t wait to rebook. We were walking distance to the Marina, taxis and Uber were available everywhere to the Restaurants, shops and the market , you can visit downtown, romantic zone and the famous boardwalk, noisy but fun, we were always happy to return to the tranquility of our condo and enjoy beautiful sunsets (Margaritas and guacamole a must) it was very convenient that the complex has a restaurant on-site Thank you Nelly for your quick responses and the concierge who greeted us and happily helped us and answered all our questions through the stay. Make sure you ask Nelly for restaurant recommendations, they were all great.
