Very clean hotel in a safe and quiet location. For the price and convenience compared to Lucerne hotels this is an excellent option if you have a car or are comfortable taking transit into the city. Safe secure and easy parking, nice restaurant with included breakfast! Rooms are older but charming!

Staff are polite and helpful. It’s a little far from the chapel bridge but it’s in a quiet place. We took Uber for $25.00. The continental breakfast is so good and has variety of food.

This is a nice little hotel within walking distance to a bus station that takes you everywhere in Luzern. The rooms are a little outdated and old with only basics included. For instance, there was only one power outlet (which had a lamp and fan already plugged in) in the entire room. The breakfast was good. Staff very polite. Nice play area for kids on the first floor. Overall, I think it was a little too expensive for what it offered but I guess that’s Switzerland!!

The staff was wonderful - super helpful and kind. Loved the outside play area for our kids. Wish the room had a pot to heat up water and a fridge. The room was clean; the only exception was the fire alarm in the bathroom needed dusting badly. (Room 25) Breakfast was ok; we wished there was hot food (like scrambled eggs) available.
