Really lovely, literally steps from Mecca- 10/10

We were pleasantly surprised as we entered the driveway to the property. Quite grand, and elevated position with well thought out facilities and surroundings. Food was excellent at Cucina 3064. Our room was comfortable and had a great view with all required amenities. The room cleanliness wasn't as good as it should be. Outside table was filthy as was glass doors that framed the view. Perhaps and oversight or rushed cleaner? Otherwise, room was overall in good condition. This Winery was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth staying at for a meal, function or pleasant afternoon/day trip.

the customer office service is very bad, no one reply message and phone, and bond still not refund yet!

Bathroom was dirty. Fridge didn’t work. Nothing was cold. Staff were a little rude on check in but the location was great and the bed was comfortable
