woke up and took a shower and realized there were no towels. The room phone wasn’t working and had to call from personal phone to then be told that there were no towels and then when I had to dry myself with a hand towel before asking the housekeeping in the hall for towels and she also told me there were none an she proceeded to grab towels from another room. Very disappointing :(

It’s an older property with no amenities or perks but it’s a great value if you just need a clean room with a comfortable bed and the rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly and courteous.

When we checked in our tv didn't work properly and the maintenance person came to fix it but couldn't. I pulled the covers back and there was dirt in the bed so the sheets were not washed. We had to change rooms.

Room was showed signs of use. Furniture and cabinets were scratched and dented. Microwave did not work. Main door seal let in light and outside conversations. Neighbors were up late and there was no site monitoring. Lots of smoking in pedestrian walkways.
