Rude front desk and pool not clean

When we first arrive front desk was very rude. I got there at 4 and apparently my room wasn’t ready because they had a big group arrive before me . When I told the man that check in was at 3 but it is now after 4 I didn’t know why then my room was found. Then the other check in person older lady) was literally arguing with someone on phone and when she hung up she was being rude to next people she was helping. I always stay at these hotels never had a problem but first impressions of your customer service desk is not ok. Your indoor pool was not clean. There was a lot of stuff floating around it and the reason we chose this hotel was indoor pool thought it should have been kept cleaner.

Great hotel, def would stay again!

This hotel was AMAZING. Super friendly staff and clean rooms. The only thing I would suggest is a new vendor for breakfast foods. The sausage was bland and the pancakes did not rise. Otherwise, everything was awesome!

The staff are so nice. I really like the location to be able to see shows at Thunder Valley and be in a quiet place after. Breakfast is always a plus when you stay in a hotel

Family fun

We visit our family and wanted to go to Thunder Valley Casino. Overall it was a good stay since we just needed to sleep. We were a little disappointed that the front desk gave us someone room key. I know accident happens but that could have gone terribly wrong since the guest wasn’t in the room.

Second time at this location and enjoyed it. Upgraded room for me again (TY) Easy off the freeway with quick shopping nearby. There is a sushi place across the street or you can walk to in-n-out or Target for groceries. The room I stayed in was facing the road so it was noisy but ear plugs helped. Decent bed. Clean room, average breakfast with friendly staff. Both stays the kitchen staff greeted me warmly which makes for a great start to a day.
