The property has everything and more you require for a relaxing holiday

First thing I will say is that the staff are amazing and very helpful. If it was based on the staff, i would give them a 10/10 The hotel itself is very very dated. Doors didnt shut on the rooms, the furniture was subpar, the bathroom was like being in a caravan in terms of size, and we coukd not get the tv or wifi to ever work, despute the staff trying. The room i ordered was supposed to have 2 beds (we have a teenager) and they brought a wooden roller cot for her. Needless to say she still has a bad back a week after leaving. The hotel also has a restaurant. We didnt eat there, but got coffee there upon arrival. It was unable to be drunk. It was awful. I dont know how to describe it other than it tasted like dirty water.

It was a perfect stopover hotel from our holiday to Italy and London, homeward bound to QLD. Beautiful hotel, very welcoming, gracious staff. Wish we stayed longer! Will do next time we visit.
