Needs maintenance in most areas mainly bathroom, also it’s a bit far away from bars restaurants so helpful if they could encourage customers to eat drink in hotel by having happy hour

Loved the location & the staff (Woody & Ellie) always greeted us with a smile/hello & provided friendly recommendations for our local movements around the city. Room was clean & comfortable with required facilities.

We checked in at short notice due to a major airline delay - the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was most comfortable, and they made it available long before the normal check-in time. We were very impressed.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Jasmine 59 have never had a bad stay or any issues the staff welcomed us back and no cost late check out really good service and a great location for everything

Hot breakfast was cold as it was cooked in another hotel and food warmers were turned off. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
