Come and slowly unwind to the relaxed rhythms of San Clemente! Just take a 10 minute walk to the beach, pier or beach trail, or an even shorter stroll to San Clemente's downtown district where you'll find some of OC's best restaurants and boutique shopping - you won't want to leave!

Our beach bungalow is the perfect vacation home for a family with children and offers competitive monthly rates for those snowbirds wishing to migrate to a warmer climate during the winter.

Enjoy the sunshine and cool ocean breezes in the huge private patio. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by colorful potted garden and offers a raised deck, umbrella, table, chairs and grill. The Juliette style balcony at the entry is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine.

The home is a charming, UPSCALE, professionally remodeled 1,100 s.f. condominium home. It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath flat on the second story of a two story quadraplex located on the west, or ocean, side of Pacific Coast Highway in San Clemente.

The private home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom offers a California King bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. The Master bedroom has a 3 piece en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom is also a 3 piece with combination tub / shower – both are completely remodeled.

The newly remodeled kitchen is light and bright and offers new white cabinets, granite countertops, and new black mirrored appliances. From the egg timer to the lobster pot this kitchen is outfitted with everything you’ll need!

There is a gas fireplace and wall mounted, flat screen TV in the family room, and high speed wireless internet. The dining area seats 4 to 6 comfortably. There isn’t central air conditioning but there is a wall a/c unit in the family room with ceiling fans throughout to keep you quite comfortable during your stay. This vacation home also offers a shared, full size washer & dryer.

The front porch lights didn't work. The master bedroom bed was way too soft.I needed to put a battery in the living room clock. The sectional couch was uncomfoartable- one of those low back, deep seats designs.But the kitchen was good, the heating worked well, the apartment complex was quiet, parking was good and they did provide chairs for the beach.

Casa Rosa was a disappointment on every level but one; the location was great. In general, the unit was not particularly clean, not comfortable, and really not functional for anyone who wanted to cook. This is a list of issues that we encountered: gobs of dust on the fan blades (which were spinning in the wrong direction ), cobwebs in many areas, chipped and stained paint throughout the unit, mold on the blinds in the master bedroom, a mish-mash of plastic kids toys (in poor condition) and beaten-up beach gear strewn about under the stairs leading up to the apartment (looked really dumpy), a broken side-table (stabilizer missing), uncomfortable sofa in the living room, unusable chairs for decoration instead of functional ones which one could use for sitting, overhead lights that were exceptionally bright and did not have dimmers, a completely unfunctional kitchen from pots and pans to everything else (caution: pot and pan handles got as hot as the pan or pot itself), a kitchen sink that was all cracked, stained and/or dirty bath towels, a bathmat in the master bath that was embarrassingly worn/damaged, a threatening (yes, threatening) note on the front door about do's and dont's, and a completely undersized a/c unit. The reality is that it seems like this owner did not really have the money to make these accommodations nice (acceptable), found a list of "what do I need to put a unit up on VRBO" and then when out and found the cheapest stuff possible to just meet tha

This two bedroom condo is quite spacious. We had 5 adults staying and we all had plenty of space. The condo is close to many good restaurants and a .6 mile walk down to the beach. Most of the time we took the trolly uphill to stop 16, by the Mexican restaurant, and then walked across to the condo. We used the wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards, lots of fun. We also loved the patio area. It’s a great place to relax outside. Only slight negative is that there is no laundry in the condo, but is shared with some of the other units. And there is only one washer, one dryer. It took me three days to find it empty so I could do some laundry. Overall we had a great time, saw lots of family and friends we hadn’t seen in awhile since we moved away from Orange County..

Quaint and Cozy

Great area, and many places within walking distance. Condo was nice and owner was super responsive. Sweet little patio below the condo. If you have a car low to the ground, just be cautious pulling in the driveway, have to turn at an angle so not to scrape the bottom but it’s doable. Shared laundry room with other residents which I didn’t realize but it worked out as well. We would certainly stay here again.

This place is top notch. It’s a block away from Del Mar, the Main Street in San Clemente, and has a sizable outside porch with lights at night. It’s very cozy and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone else who’s looking to enjoy San Clemente.

Better than expected

Great place, clean, welcoming full of amenities for in side and beach activities. Quiet neighborhood with a great location to walk to downtown. Never have to use your car. Covered parking and a nice deck out front along with a bbq I highly recommend staying in this unit. Very comfortable couch also.
