Amazing staff and friendly attentive service. The was was clean and offered everything needed where it mattered like heater / cooler, extra bedding when asked, tv channels, toothpaste at the desk, snack machine downstairs, free convenient and safe parking, elevator, extremely friendly staff. Cleanliness could be better, but it was just fine for one night.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The hotel & room were very tired & in need of some help. There was a shuttle, but it made too many stops. I most likely will not go back.

The shuttle was supposed to arrive at 9:20 pm to pick up hotel guests from the San Francisco airport. It arrived about 15 minutes late. The front desk and management staff was very kind and helpful but the room didn’t feel very nice. I tried taking a shower in the morning and midway through my shower the shower hose that was already in poor condition burst. When we helped mop the floor from water going everywhere the towel was all brown from the floor being dirty. I would not recommend this place.

The hotel was close to the airport and easy on/off access to freeway. It served our purpose for getting to the airport in a timely manner. The staff were friendly. The driveway was missed our first drive by but we circled around and got it on the 2nd time.

The staff helped us get us back in our room after we'd gotten locked out. My toddler also managed to lock the bathroom door from the inside and close it from the outside, so we were all locked out. They helped fix the problem both times, within 5 minutes, and with a smile. Hotel was pretty small and boutiquey, which I didn't realize until we got there. Wish they had a restaurant and/or bar on site as there was also nothing open in walking distance and we got there around 11:30pm from our flight. Wished they put real cheese in their pre-made omelettes for the included breakfast, otherwise it was all the basics you'd need. Overall, the staff was very nice, very friendly, efficient. Everything was clean. But the hotel lacked some kind of wow factor, considering it's priced the same as a big chain hotel, like The Westin which does have on site bars and restaurants and pools and shuttles every 15 minutes, 24/7

Choices of breakfast is limited, even you are not expecting much at a 3 star hotel. At least they got toast, cereals and apples. The apple juice tasted good, though. Rooms at ground floor are extremely close to the streets without barriers, and you have to ensure the windows are firmly locked before you sleep.
