The airport shuttle starts at 3:30pm which is not convenient at all, the bathroom's floor was all wet and room overall was ok, poor customer service from staff.

our first impression of the lobby when we first walked in was not good.my wife and i were extremely happy with our room and it was exactly as it looked in the pictures.we spent 6 nights and our room was cleaned and bed made every day and very well.i highly recommend this hotel.

It's a great place to stay overnight. I would stay here again. Very clean. Only complaint is that it's on a noisy street and I'm not used to hearing traffic go by at all hours of the night. I liked that you can leave your car in the garage until you fly back. And there's a free shuttle that arrived on time to take us to the airport.

Room was pretty good and clean. Bed was good. Everything was quite clean. Shuttle was convenient. BUT, the room was freezing cold when we arrived at 11pm because the heater was on. Once turned on, the heater rarely turned off. The safety bar on the door was broken. The entire trim around the doir was busted off. It looked like someone forced their way into room. Im sure the condition of door was a code violation. The mini fridge was not very cold.

Okay but needed thorough cleaning.

Room was not completely cleaned. Tub had hair in it and counter was not cleaned. Finger prints and glass marks in surfaces. Bed was comfy and a/c did the job. The property needs updating in the rooms and patch jobs are evident. Caulking was mildewed and a/c unit needed a cleaning.
