Everything was great...the only thing is to make sure cleaning staff checks the contents left by previous guests in the minifridge. Mine had 2 frozen moscato bottles and a Wendy's sundae. It didn't bother me but this may bother a future guest.

The room was in good condition. However, I did not like it. I was given the very last room on the first floor. Getting to that room from the main entrance, was literally like a walking maze. To make matters worse, the guests above me, would pound the floor every time they walked.

So, I looked at reviews about the Aluxor before booking here. They were mixed and I can see the reasons now. If you are looking at high end hotels then this place may not be for you. I on the other hand am not that way. This place was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. The room was excellent and had plenty of space. It also had all of the amenities we needed. It was close to the airport which was nice when leaving. It also offers a free shuttle. It was close to plenty of family-owned restaurants, so we had plenty of choices to eat. The staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions and/or requests that we had. I would definitely book here again when visiting the San Francisco area.
