This place was a really nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, updated and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely book there again next time we are in the Bay Area.

Unlike the advertising, there is no restaurant. No continental breakfast, nada. Only one person on staff, so when we arrived, there were several guests waiting in the lobby to register while the manager was elsewhere.

Before booking, it mentioned breakfast included. Upon arrival, there was no breakfast ! Staff was very rude and impatient. Room was very dirty. I had to clean for an hour before using bathroom!
