Coffee maker not working. Bathroom door barn door type, can hear everything! Bad neighbors up above yelling and fighting for several hours. Security slow and ineffective. Usually a nice stay but not at this Embassy.

The staff tried their best to be helpful. But at the end of the day, the temperature could not be regulated because it is centrally controlled. I spent the entire weekend shivering, both in class and in my room. I have over $200 im unexplained charges that I had to deal with. And no amount of free breakfast helps!

Lobby and atrium were clean. Pool was gross and isn’t properly maintained. Happy Hour was mediocre and staff were not friendly at all.
