We stayed at the Aura before an early morning flight from SFO. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and gave clear instructions about how to use the shuttle to the airport. Our room and the bathroom were large and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel room was clean and well kept. It was a convenient place to stay near the airport. The website identified that there was a shuttle service from the airport but did not indicate that it was an hourly pickup schedule which was very confusing.

Will be back again!

Shuttle was efficient and punctual. Compliments to the receptionist Mary who made 2 wake up calls to us. When we did not respond, she personally knocked on our door to ensure we woke up at 4am for our morning flight. The driver of the shuttle was Alex who came punctually and peppered our short trip with humour that was a cheerful way to start the day. Do remember to book your seat with the receptionist for the shuttle to the airport cos it gets quite full.
