It’s more of a Motel than Hotel.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. The bathroom was nice big and the bed was good with nice small comfy pillows. The exposure wasn’t the best as this it felt like a cheap motel. The pictures on the site seem fake, however just for a night stay, isn’t too bad. The shuttle too and from the airport was pretty convenient.

As soon as we arrived on the property, we regretted our decision to book a room there. Although the rate was inexpensive, we assumed that being a Wyndham property would ensure a certain level of quality and safety. This was our first lesson learned – you get what you pay for. We only needed the room for about 12 hours before our flight, so a bed and shower would suffice. However, the front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for our stay. Additionally, the property itself appeared rundown and dirty. As a precaution, we always check for bed bugs before bringing any belongings into a hotel room. To our dismay, we found some and immediately decided to leave the property for a better, well-rated alternative. This experience taught us our second lesson – do not rely on just one source for ratings. The pictures on the website are absolutely misleading and in no way indicative of what you will experience at this hotel.

The room we booked was dirty and had no bedding! Hair on the toilet, a rubber glove on the floor, and again… no bedding. Plus we booked a single king sized bed but all they had for us was a full size bed.

Complete nightmare from hell. Avoided all costs. I tried to call them 80 times and they just refused to answer. I called all week. When I told the guy at the front desk that I couldn’t get a hold of anyone he said that is impossible, which made me laugh. Supposedly there’s a shuttle, but there was no shuttle. Complete dump. When we walked a mile to the dumpy hotel room, the key didn’t work and we had to walk all the way back

Good place if you're on a budget.

It's a good hotel on a budget. The owners an employees actually do care allot about the hotel. Every time I've stayed there I've witnessed them deep cleaning multiple rooms at a time. Steam cleaning the rugs etc. Yes the property is a bit outdated, but it's not a bad place to stay. They don't have luggage carts or elevators to the 2nd floor. So in reality all they need to do is remodel the bathrooms, offer luggage delivery, and then it could gain a ☆ on the rating scale. The employees are nice, and accommodating. When ever I've gotten there and there weren't any rooms available yet they have always offered and locked my luggage in their storage room so i could go do something else. Other times they have given me the first room available and even given me a free upgrade. The airport shuttle drivers are always kind, and helpful. I hope this helps you grasp the ideal of the hotel.

I did not like how the person at the counter made a photo copy of my credit card without asking permission. He did not speak English well and I was left feeling worried that my credit card info could easily have been stolen.

The good: hot water and water pressure, shower head was clean. towels were clean although thin, the grout in the tile on the walls in the shower was clean and the AC worked. The shuttle pick up was on time and easy ( though it is up to a 45 min wait depending on when you get to the outdoor hotel shuttle pick up area at SFO). The bad: peeling paint in the room, a shower area that has seen better days, super low toilet, no microwave or mini fridge, no USB outlets to charge (there was only one plug in the entire room that worked we could charge a phone on), the worst was the carpet- we didn’t feel safe walking barefoot on it. It was old and spongy. Who in the hospitality industry thinks square pillows are a thing?! They aren’t and they suck to sleep on. This is a drive up old style motel where you park your car in front of your room and all doors face the outside. There are 7 different buildings and some appear to have tenants. I would not feel safe having a child inside the room and we didn’t leave the room after sunset. After our stay we will up our star requirement and NOT stay at this property again. I would warn others to spend the extra $25-$30 and stay elsewhere.

The room was in poor condition and in need of renovation. The shower had rust and mold, with visible cracks around the tub. Additionally, the toilet was unstable, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use.

My horrible experience!

The clerk I spoke with cancelled both of my rooms when I specifically mentioned to only Cancel one room. I even spoke with a live agent through the chat to ensure a smooth check in before I checked in. Mind you, I’m traveling 7 hours and I’m driving. So I get there, the clerk stated my room was not showing up on their system. He checked my ID and stated my rooms were cancelled when it was only supposed to be one room cancelled. We finally check in after having to rebook online again, the room that I was first given was HORRIBLE AND DISTURBING FILTHY. I felt like we couldn’t breathe in that room. You can smell the mold in the room. The floor/rug was damaged and had big stained through out the floors. The bathroom was dirty. The window outside of the room was bent and damaged. I then went to the front desk to request a new room, it was given and it was slightly better than the first one. I had no other choice to stay here because we already had to prepare for our work weekend. The bed sheets had yellow stains, the bathroom had horribly chipped paint and scrapings, the rug felt really dirty. There was no air ventilation , the windows were painted shut. I kept speaking with the clerk, he seemed like he didn’t care.

Only good thing is that it is close to the airport for early departures. Outside and inside old,dirty,people smoking weed outside our room and in the area. The shuttle came on time was the only good part. Staff did not offer printed receipts, and no other help. We were charged more for parking then expected, and they said it was because we did not book on line, but I dod not see any option to do that?

Worst hote stay EVER!

This hotel was AWEFUL! I arrived late in the evening and the check in clerk gave me terrible directions to my room. The property is huge and very poorly light, so when he said “it’s on the right”, I assumed my building # would be easy to see. NOPE. I drove around for 10 minutes and had to get out of my car several times to see the building numbers (not fun when it’s dark out, your alone and the area is pretty sketchy). When I finally found my room, I opened the door to total disgust. There were wads of hair on the floor, the walls were totally scraped up and the shower was full of mold. The room cost was less than most in the area, so I guess some would say that you get what you pay for. However, even at the price I paid, I at least expect a clean and safe space for the night, which definitely didnt get. I 100% would NEVER say here again or recommend this hotel to anyone!
