Only stay here if you have no other option. Staff at check-in was very unfriendly. Overall, place was very old, broken and dirty. It was super noisy due to the expressway so really hard to sleep at night.

Cockroach motel

So my boyfriend and I flew in to SFO for the night and we decided to stay at the Travelodge. When we arrived to the room there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t flushing, and the sheets were dirty. We called the front desk three times for assistance but no one picked up to help us even though we had just been up front and knew someone was there. The shuttle also comes every 45min and they do not publish the pickup times. Furthermore, when you call to find out if the shuttle is coming no one picks up the phone. Overall, one of the worst hotel airports I have ever stayed at.

It smelled bleach way too much. which can badly affect guests' and housekeepers' health. please take care of it and the shower knob needs to b fixed. also, the tub needs deep cleaning thanks. needed a rug and more than one bin in the room but couldn't get it as the room was way too far and it was raining. Overall, good deal for the price but still concerned about the overuse of bleach and cleaning agents. thank u

Didnt even give us a real pillows, they were mini couch pillows that were hard a rock. suppose it was fine for a night… but only has an ihop next to it. Rooms also all had carpet and you come in from straight outside so can’t imagine how dirty they are. Also could hear every word from our neighbors said.

The worst place I have ever stayed in. Super dirty, a lot of ants everywhere, bathroom looks like from previous century. Front desk put the wrong date when he made our keys, so that when the door stopped opening manager told me that there is a problem in door battery but that was not true. It caused huge inconvenience cause we left out stuff inside and couldn’t open a door for a half of a day. Parking is not only for the hotel guests and even if they charged me $20, half of out staying period we parked somewhere else. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

The property was mostly clean, safe and the staff was friendly. Parking was very congested. The room included an iron/board and a single cup coffee maker, although the coffee maker had a used pod still in it so I did not use it during my 2 day stay. I would have liked to have a refrigerator and microwave but because of the price I paid I didn't complain.

You are getting a budget motel close to an airport. It is busy, it is noisy, and the motel is expected to be limited giving it is a budget motel. However, I think this is still overpriced ($75) for what you get. It is a very large complex, with multiple different buildings. It does not appear to be maintained the greatest when it comes to tiles, weather strips, caulking, drywall, or other things a maintenance man should be doing. Housekeeping seems to do their best around these imperfections. There was no door for the bathroom, though you could tell one used to be there. There are extension cords with a few chords hooked up due to minimal accessible plugins. There is no mini fridge or microwave in the room. I have no idea where the ice machine was, or if they're even is one. Wr did see a soda machine atleast. We only had one towel, the floor mat, and two hand towels provided. The dresser that matched the end tables did smell new. The only real issue for me, was that the person at the front counter was less friendly than an automated messaging system. I expressed concern in them photo copying my credit card with my photo ID. I had to provide a card for the $100 deposit, which is steep for a motel of this caliber. I was given the option to pay cash for the deposite, however, I did not have cash and there was no ATM. I was told it was necessary for verification purposes and would be shredded after 48 hours.

Room smelled like a cigarette smoke. Very dirty floors. Dirty towels on the floor. Absolutely inoperative shower with shower head removed and capped. So as the faucet. I didn’t check when moved in and couldn’t take shower in the morning. Called front desk several times, but no answer. When I notified front desk staff at move out, he didn’t even apologized.

Bad for Wyndham to attach their name to this hotel

Room had a chemical smell from too much disinfectant from what I could tell. Gave my wife a headache had to cancel reservation. Door to the room looked unsafe.
