1 night.

Arrived pretty late in the evening. There are no drinking water dispensers or fountains for guests, just an option to buy drinks from a cash only vending machine. I didn't have cash on me. I asked if there was an option to buy drinks and bill to my room or pay by cc. Clerk suggested to walk to gas station a block away. Inconvenient. Also seen tiny ants on bathroom wall-didnt notice till next morning. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel Focus is an older property that made some recent but poorly selected remodeling efforts. The rooms are cramped (no desk, a tiny vanity, tub and toilet crammed into a tiny space), outlets are difficult to access, and some things (e.g. TV remote, light switches) don’t work. Hall noises come straight through the walls. The only plus was the friendly staff.

Frankly, not what we were expecting for an airport hotel. We arrived around 8pm, a friend (partner? family?) of hotel staff was passed out on the lobby sofa. Place is dimly lit and overly worn out both in rooms and common areas. Room was minuscule, barely enough room for us to walk around the beds. Location is loud and right beside the highway with single pane windows. The pictures make it look welcoming, new and inviting, as well as good value; unfortunately we felt it was none of these things (perhaps 8-10 years ago?) Breakfast was edible, although my kids didn't think so. Beds were comfortable and linens nice and the front staff were friendly, and generally it was adequately clean, but the rest of the place was old, worn out and pretty trashy. I would not rate this a three start hotel; maybe 1 star at most.

We were charged $15 for parking fee. The air conditioner worked but it made a hissing sound I couldn’t sleep due to that. Breakfast was not good no eggs no sausage no bacon.

The hotel did not have many amenities, but the price inconvenience were excellent. It is very clean and the staff was very helpful. This is a great place to stay if you have a late or early flight and need to be at the airport at an affordable price.
