Beach Studio in Isla Verde beach, beach front and walking distance to restaurants and parks. The condominium has beach, pool access, court. It is safe, comfortable and a great price tag next to Royal Sonesta and hotel San Juan. Take an Uber and get to Old SJ area in 12 min. Queen bed, A/C, kitchen with 4-range stove, refrigerator, microwave, 45" TV, bathroom. Partial beach view from the window. Swimming pool, and coin washers and dryers available for guest.

Sonny and his wife have created a very functional retouched beach apartment. He is a retired army vet and pilot that would like for you to enjoy their beach spot while he is away. The unit is fully functional and comfortable for two. the best location and the best price tag for it.

Isla Verde is a beach front neighborhood with many hotels and restaurants. We also live in the neighborhood and we enjoy running in the beach every morning, the pool is usually empty which we enjoy from time to time.

You can walk or use uber as it is very cheap to get around using uber than taxis/ and at times car rental. There is no parking spot in the building. Free parking on the street. You are responsible to find parking if you have a car/rented one.

I had an amazing stay! This is a studio apartment. I found it to be just the right size and enough space for me. It was clean and I liked how it was decorated and exactly as described. The host Sebastian was accommodating and responsive, making check-in and check-out effortless. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, beach and local pharmacy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
