If you want to stay local, a visit to the Third Street Promenade has to be high on your list. This gorgeous outdoor mall is the place to be for live entertainment, good grubbing and all sorts of retail goodies. If you’re looking for something a little more exciting, head to Main Street for nightclubs that only start to liven up when the sun goes down. Of course, this is technically LA, so you can always head inland to one of the famous clubs on Sunset Boulevard. If you make it as far as Hollywood, you might even spot a celebrity!
