基本的に綺麗ですが、洗濯機の床や敷布団の枕などにシミが見られました。テレビの操作も上手くいかずYouTubeが視聴できませんでした。立地や駐車場が使用できる面で値段的にはリーズナブルかと思います。大人5人での利用でしたが問題ないと思います。

快適に過ごせました

とても広く、ベッドルームも3つあったのでゆっくり眠れました。 洗濯できたのはありがたかったのですが干すところが限られていたのが少し困りました。 食器類やテーブル用の布巾があると便利だなと思いました。 周囲は静かな住宅街で市電も徒歩圏内なので滞在にはすごく便利です。またぜひ機会があれば利用させていただきます。 お世話になりました。
