New hotel very close to Sapporo station that was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a coin laundry. Only gripe is that there are only escalators from the main entrance to the lobby on the 2nd floor and the elevator is around the back and can only be accessed via intercom. The room is fairly small as expected but workable for two people, especially as the room layout has been designed to maximise the useable space.
