Great location

Great stay overall. We were only in town for 1 night and it was very easy which is what I wanted. Super close to one of the Ice Festival locations. There is no parking at the hotel but there are a couple parking options they can direct you to. Breakfast was good, relatively cheap and easy. It was quite cold outside and the tub was lovely, there are bath salts, etc for free in the lobby which was a nice touch.

Self check in machine at the lobby and the staff is there to assist if there’s any questions. Checking out via the TV in the room which is super convenient. It’s located very close to the north exit of JR Sapporo station, and there are several convenient stores nearby. The room itself is bigger than I thought especially the bathroom that you can take a shower outside the bathtub. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved staying at the JR East Hotel Mets Premier Sapporo. The staff was helpful, the amenities amazing and the cleaning staff great. Loved how the hotel communicated with us and provided helpful info to making our stay welcoming. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Japan, and also saw another property by the Makuhari-Toyosuna station that we will also stat at because we enjoyed this Sapporo property.

This is a good hotel for its price point. Very close to JR station, underground shopping & dining & convenience stores. My only complaint is that the room is too small for two people with large suitcases & backpacks. No closet or safe either.

Great location near the station. The room was clean and well appointed. The bath was fantastic, too. Perfect for recovering after a long day of exploring the city and surrounding area.
