This was our second stay at JR East Hotel Mets Premier Sapporo and it continues to be our favorite hotel. The level of service from check-in, cleaning staff and the amazing breakfast buffet and Italian lunch at the Source 72 restaurant, made our stay so comfortable. Cleanliness and comfort are what we felt throughout. The plus is the convenience having the top 3 Kombinis - 7-11, Lawson & Family Mart close by. Can’t forget to mention Sapporo Station just a minute walk away and all the amazing shops and restaurants that within the station. The underground walkway access to those shops and restaurants was priceless escpecially during the beautiful and sometimes heavy snow fall helped us enjoy our trip even more.

Yes the room was clean. Typical size of Japanese hotel but it has a tub and nice toiletries. The breakfast was good but limited in choices. Probably it is a business hotel, so the food is both Japanese and western.
