The hotel only cleans the room on alternate days. If you want it cleaned daily, you have to pay extra. For the price we paid, daily cleaning should be included to enhance guest experience. Otherwise, location is very good and convenient. Breakfast spread is amazing.

Boutique hotel with no driveway. Room was very clean and modern, furnishing modern and pleasant. A significant plus is the onsite onsen, Nice to have a convenience store on the ground floor. Proximity to snow festival and restaurants/stores is good. It became clear that it primarily caters to Japanese clientele. Staff not the most helpful although it could be the language. Breakfast buffet is pretty much Japanese.

Breakfast has seafood sashimi, very fresh and tasty. Our room is renovated so is new and clean. It's very near the shopping street and many restaurants nearly. The public bath is a bonus though it's not big.
