Common business hotel, but simple and modern looking. Bathtub and shower was a bit better than regular budget business Hotel. I’d like to stay there again.

No luggage keeping service without prior notice!

The hotel was booked long time ago for the period during Sapporo Snow Festival, the rate was up for about a double; however, we were not notified for not keeping luggage after check out until we just checked out! It's ridiculous not to mention in advance and especially the rate was charged double.

Great Business Hotel

This is a relatively new hotel, so it is still in good condition. The rooms are small but well designed so it feels bigger than it is. The towels are very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a multi-charger for smartphones and tablets which came in handy because I didn't bring one for my phone. The location is very convenient because it is close to the subway station. There is a wine bar next door and an Irish bar around the corner. Also there is a very nice bakery on the first floor.

Very good location. Provide 2bottles a day and extra 2 if you do not change linen. If front desk can communicate in English that would be helpful to guests. Air-con is off during cold seasons like autumn and winter time.
