The most impressive item about this hotel is how helpful the staff was. Helpful at check in arranging airport transportation. Shuttle driver was very helpful, to me and others on the shuttle. Shuttle was also speedy, on time and comfortable. Inn also supplied a goody bag in place of breakfast for the 6am run to the airport.

Convenient location to the airport and our room rate was reasonable with free breakfast. Our room was clean and nice decor with comfy beds and pillows. The occupants of the room above our floor was noisy at 4am. Need more soundproofing between rooms.

Seatacalypse day. Lots of snow.

The room was very clean, beds are comfy, the sheets are so soft. Very helpful staff. The courtesy van took a while but it was because of the slick roads. Seattle drivers are not used to driving in the snow which causes massive chaos on the road. Not the drivers fault, however one of the passengers waited so long that he took his anger out on the driver. Driver totally turned the bad day into a very comical ride. He did very well handling the angry passenger. Everyone in the van enjoyed the funny conversation. Kudos to our van driver for handling the issue very well!

Everything was amazing from the time I walked in until I checked out. The last rep at the desk that I requested a shuttle from wasn't very helpful. The other rep had to try to get her attention from her phone a couple times before she looked up at me. Then told me the shuttle would take 30 min to come back when the airport was about a 3 min drive down to the end of the street. She told me she couldn't request it and that I just had to wait. But the rep the night before when I checked in, told me that after 12 the shuttle was on demand and to just come down to the front desk and request it. She kept refusing to request it for me until her co-worker corrected her. Then he tone changed and the shuttle was right back. But the hotel was clean, most of the staff was friendly, the breakfast choices were really good and I enjoyed my stay!! Thank you!!!

I got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes. I was going to work and I needed to catch the hotel shuttle to the airport. So it was very stressful. After all I made it. I stay this hotel quite often and every time they have some kind of problem with the elevator. Now on I will use a stairs even though I have luggages.

This is a large property. Nicely maintained. The staff is nice and each one of them has a smile on their face. Very accommodating. They offered an upgrade but I declined it to allow them an opportunity to sell it to someone else. Clean. Nicely furnished. Its super close to the exit from SeaTac. I would stay here, again

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable and affordable

I checked in late and was greeted by nice staff. They had hot water and hot chocolate and hot apple cider packets with to go cups along with individually wrapped cookies that were delicious. The room was very clean. The bed was nice and comfortable but the pillows were small. Breakfast was served until 10:30. The breakfast area was very big and clean. There was a large selection of food items available. The best part was checkout time is at 12:00.
