Lake Union Waterfront 2BR | Large Balcony Sleeps 6

Bright, spacious second-floor home with Lake Union views and a private balcony with comfortable seating. Morning coffee watching seaplanes take off across the water is the signature experience of staying here.

At 1,200 sqft, this unit is significantly larger than typical Seattle 2-bedroom rentals — about 30–50% more floor space than most comparable listings in the area. Open-concept living room is light-filled and designed for groups to actually hang out in together rather than retreating to separate rooms, with a smart TV and comfortable seating for everyone.

Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 6):

Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Living room: Queen sleeper sofa

Second full bathroom in the hallway

The balcony: Private outdoor space with comfortable seating, lake views, and all-day natural light. Ideal for morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or just stepping outside between meetings if you're working remotely. Smaller than the top-floor deck but genuinely usable outdoor space — not a token ledge, and not something you'll forget you have.

Kitchen & living: Fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and real cookware. In-unit washer and dryer. Central AC (a real differentiator in Seattle — most rentals don't have it). Fast Wi-Fi for streaming and remote work. Dedicated workspace.

Who this unit is perfect for: Families with kids, couples traveling with friends, small groups who want space to spread out without the premium of the top-floor deck, and extended-stay guests who need room to actually live for a few weeks rather than just sleep. The layout makes this a particularly strong choice for longer visits where you'll be working remotely during the day and exploring Seattle in the evenings and weekends.
